After 6 months of tense negotiations between 100GoMW,YLS' team of lawyers and the internet I am proud to announce www.100grandonmywrist.com
"what happened to the .blogspot?!?!"
It's gone gentle reader, gone forever. The legitimacy of this site continues to grow and now has a slightly less ridiculously long URL so you can easily check up on your favorite Bay Area rap blog wherever you are.
"That's great Thomas, but I'm going to need a little more than that to get excited. I want real change I can see."
I completely understand. You better sit down right now and not have a mouth full of beverage due to the likelihood of you spitting it out when I tell you that 100 Grand on My Wrist now has its own youtube page!
Goddamnit I warned you about that. Look at the mess you've made now. I hope that doesn't ruin your computer.
"What can we expect from the 100grandonmywrist youtube page? Are you going to upload videos of your cat or maybe video reviews of new albums?"
Video reviews of anything are literally the most boring thing that exist on the internet and I don't have a pet, so the youtube page will be used to upload all those tight Bay Area rap songs that should already be on youtube, but are not. On the sidebar of this site there is a section linking to that page, so check the page often or subscribe to it or something, I have tons of awesome music to upload to it. Here are the gems up on the page already:
"Great! Is there more exciting news? I feel like there is..."
Yes! I am proud to announce that the majority of 100 Grand on My Wrist has been updated to include active links for the music posted. That's right, over 400 mixtape and song links are now up to date with music you can easily stream and download. By the end of the week all 230 plus posts will be completely up to date! Divshare changed their format in early December so all the music players in posts before that got messed up and the links before the site used Mediafire and Divshare are almost all dead because the blog used to use zshare (lol), but almost everything is up to date now.
"That must have taken you a long time to do, is that why you haven't posted in a week?"
Not at all, I outsourced this project to a group of child laborers in Laos. I paid them pennies on the dollar to go through my music library and get everything up to date. I was just busy living the extravagant lifestyle of a rap blogger (hunting endangered species, purchasing blood diamonds, etc).
"Work faster!"
"But where do I start when looking through the archives? There are so many posts to choose from."
Here are some suggestions, but there is tons more in the archives for you to peruse:
The More Things Change... (Comparing and contrasting Yukmouth's first album with his newest album at the time
Liveblogging Brotha Lynch Hung's A Dinner and a Movie
Album Covers With Rappers Pretending To Be on Their Phone

"Thank you Thomas, this has improved my quality of life in a major way."
You're welcome. Have a great day!
Mix #31 coming later this week.
